This agreement contains the entire understanding between Alix Sheree Photography and Videography and the CLIENT named above. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. All photographs will be delivered digitally in an online gallery.

 

Reservation: This signed agreement and 50% of the total payment is required to reserve any session with Alix Sheree Studio. Upon your signature, Alix Young will reserve time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservation for that exact time and date. For this reason, your deposit of 50% is non-refundable, even if the date is changed of cancelled for any reason. No exceptions. 

 

Cancellation: If you decide to cancel any of my services for any reason, please let me know 72 hours before your scheduled session. Your initial deposit is non-refundable in this case, but any other fees paid up to this point will be fully refunded. Cancellation must be in writing (e-mail or print) even if phone calls was made to inform Alix Young of the cancellation- a written notice is still required.

Rescheduling: A rescheduling request must be submitted 5 business days before your scheduled shoot. Any reschedule request submitted after 5 business days prior to your schedule will not be accepted. In the event that the CLIENT reschedules the session and Alix Sheree Studio, LLC is able to reschedule, Alix Sheree Studio, LLC will transfer the deposit to the new date and the client will be billed $30 rescheduling fee. In the event that the client request to reschedule and Alix Young is NOT able to reschedule, Alix Young will amend the contract and client will forfeit the non-refundable deposit but will receive all other monies paid after the deposit.

 

Travel: A location with the 10 mile radius of Alix Young is included in the photo package. Any location requests outside of that radius, a travel fee will be applied. 

 

Cooperation: The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible results within the definition of this assignment. Alix Sheree Photography and Videography is not responsible if key individuals fail to cooperate during photography and/or videography sessions or due to details not revealed to Alix Sheree Photography and Videography.

 

Digital Files: Please allow up to 10 business days (weekend/holidays are not included) for final edits to be delivered. Final edits are lightly edited and are unique to the style of Alix Young. Upon receipt of digital gallery, the CLIENT accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs within 14 days. Alix Young does not permanently archive image files. Alix Young is not responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided. It is CLIENT'S responsibility to make sure that digital files are downloaded, saved and archived.

 

Attribution: CLIENTS agrees to tag Alix Sheree Studio (@byalixsheree for Lifestyle and @alixshereestudio for Sports + Entertainment Industry) and include a photography credit in the caption of each image when posted on social media. 

 

Copyrights: The photographs produced by Alix Sheree Studio are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without Alix Sheree Studio explicitly written permission. Upon purchase of the digital files by the CLIENT, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to the CLIENT under the following conditions: The images are the property of Alix Sheree Studio and the CLIENT is given limited to rights for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction on a blog and or social/media sites, if applicable. Photos are not permitted for commercial use. of needed an extended license can be purchased upon request. If a brand or business would like to use the images produced for commercial use, please contact Alix Sheree Studio for an extended use license. 

 

Model Release: The CLIENT hereby grants to Alix Sheree Studio and it's legal representatives and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purposes and in any.
